How to spend a beautiful evening?

Although the meaning of a beautiful evening can be different for each one of us, there is an awesome way by which you can actually plan a beautiful evening with family or friends and enjoy together.
I have always been a foodie. I worked as a Tandoor Chef in my early days and gained a lot of experience in not complicating things.
One of the best things I learned was that having a great evening only requires good company and good food, and you can never get wrong if you have these things together properly.
For me a good evening is doing a Barebque (BBQ) with my family or friends and having drinks.
To do this, you can plan out before the weekend or in the evening. Chalk out what all you require and invite your friends or family over to your house.
Setting up a BBQ is also simple, and you can get a simple setup in any cook shop. Having said that, you will have to arrange for coal or dry wood. I prefer coal as I have worked on it for several years and I have knowledge of how to keep it ignited.
Ensure that you marinate the chicken pieces or fish pieces in a mixture of;
- Curd
- Red Chilli Paste
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt
- Green Chilli Paste
- Lemon Juice
- Chaat Masala
- Kashmiri Chilly Powder
- Methi Powder
- Corriander Powder
- Mustard Oil
Mix these items well add chicken or fish into this mixture and keep it inside your fridge while you try and ignite the coal. It is always better to marinate the chicken or fish at least one hour before you cook it.
I have deliberately not written mutton because it requires us to marinate the same in grated raw papaya overnight.
Having said that you can now arrange the chicken on the seekh or tandoor rods and let it cook properly from each side.
Ensure that you check the same by cutting it from the inside and adding some butter.
While serving it, heat it in the BBQ setup or place a hot plate.
You can enjoy the same with a glass of beer or whiskey whatever you like. But I always prefer Jack Daniels or Haywards 5000.
You can also arrange your balcony or your backyard with chairs and a table keep a small candle in between, and enjoy your meal in cold weather.
